Raiden DX PlayStation US Release??!!

As we all know, the PSX version of Raiden DX was only released in Japan. But how do you explain this? Was there an undocumented North American release at some point?

That's a HK copy I assume. They often used US or European templates for asian releases. Disc will be silver on the back instead of black.

It's a modification of the PAL Raiden Project cover, so it's clearly a bootlegged cover.
