I just bought an snes with strange symptoms.
It takes a couple minutes of warm up before the game will boot when you first turn it on.
then everything plays fine. I can turn it off and then back on again and it will just boot right up.
if i Leave it off and it gets cold, then it wont boot again for a while.
Its not the capacitors. I already replaced them.
Cartridge slot was just cleaned.
7805 tests ok.
It has the Cic disabled.
I also checked the reset switch.
Im thinking it might have something to do with the part labeled T1, but i dont know how to test that.
Snes not working right.

When you "cold start" the system. check the amp load on the 5V rail coming off the 7805. Wait a couple of minutes (keeping the system on) and check the amp load again.
Is there a change?

right up until the point when it kicks on and boots the game and i get the title screen, The amps stay at 0.
when it kicks on the multimeter starts flashing the -sign still reading 0 or close to 0.
