You missed like 100 titles, also non-indies is terrible vague. I'm not sure you know what you're asking for. I would go through Wikipedia articles and exclude the ones you think are indie (because no one agrees on the definition):

So are you talking about games that got a physical release in Japan or elsewhere, but the US has it digital only? You can add Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara and Strider to the list if that's what you're going for (both PS3)

Bangai-Oh, Guardian Heroes, Guwange, Ikaruga, Omega Five, Radiant Silvergun, Strania and Triggerheart Exelica didn't have physical releases anywhere. I don't exactly see the scope of the question.
