It's a matter of my financial situation. If had the money, then by all means I would have already bought one. Besides, buying the console isn't going to support MOSS, is it now? The game is all that matters.

Hell I was so obsessed with a band so much i saved and flew from Canada to new York just for a show recently. After hostel and flights cost me over $1000. That's what being a fan is all about.

I couldn't imagine following something so closely and being kept up at night thinking about it, only for it to become reality years later and not being able to enjoy it.

I remember a vote after a Japanese stream of the announcement of CAVE's Psycho-Pass VN Xbone-exclusive being overwhelmingly negative. I'm not sure why MOSS hasn't ditched the Xbone like every other Japanese developer yet, this is not 2007 anymore, when there was a huge line-up of X360-exclusive Japanese games.

Raiden V: Modern Warfare

The Wide Vulcan, Lightning Laser, and the Plasma Bruster(?) are still present. Looks like we'll also have something called Flash, a (recharging?) shield, and something else called Yell.
The text on the site seems to explain this Yell mechanic:

Battlefield changes in real time by players and friends of the action. To help colleagues in the play button on one online "cheer system" is implemented, we can enjoy ties with friends who taking advantage of online features.

The story is adopted a multi-story vary depending on the content of play, play volume, such as a number of stages and weapons variations, the number is provided, which greatly exceeds the conventional work.

Looks like there's a multiplayer aspect present. Although like with most Japanese games based around multiplayer, I imagine this dying off rather quickly, like with Armored Core V/VD

I wouldn't jump the gun yet. Seeing how Xbone is in Japan, other platforms are pretty plausible. Maybe wait some weeks after the release and gauge the sales?

It looks like they are doing their best to put themselves completely out of business by continuing to develop for the DOA Xbox One. I can't possibly facepalm hard enough that they are still going through with this. Maybe they are contractually obligated to release it on this dead system?

Likely. But given history it's highly likely that we'll see an H2 Interactive Steam and possibly PS4 digital-only release. So it may be that the Xbox One release is the only physical release - unless it turns out to be a Soundtrack CD with a download code for the game.

None of the Caladrius ships look like that forward swept job; That ship is all-new (and cool!)

Forward swept is (sub-sonic and) so 1984 (Grumman X-29 and actually so pre-WWII) - and maybe it's even variable geometry which is so 1950's (Bell X-5).

This game is looking to be really weird. What appears to be weapon switching, Flash Shot leveling, replacing lives with a shield (will it be Guwange-style or Esp-style?), a RADAR, weird social features... February 25, 2016. Here's another reason to get the Xbox One that I don't really want.

Great to see some news. Buying this day one. We need to support these releases not pander to Sony. A company who didn't even want 2D shmups on their previous console.

There's way too much Playstation politics on this board, No wonder the genre is at deaths door.

Support the releases while they happen or we won't have the luxury in the future.

Why is this Xbone exclusive in the first place!? I know that 360 had a ton of shooters last Gen, but this seems like a bad business decision to have a sequel to a classic on a console that's not doing so well.
