Finished Devil Challenge!, except for the rush. I wish they'd vary these dungeons a little since they're the same every time. Or maybe I shouldn't complain, because the ones currently being used aren't very difficult to clear.

My light Kali-team, as much as I'm not totally happy with the final roster (dark Kali where...), it's almost max-leveled so the plan for this week is to start farming time-sensitive skill-up materials: Ancient Blue Sacred Masks for light Metatron and Angelits for the two light Kalis.

I run it mainly for Sharon and went 0/5 then 2/5 with Banshees. I also had 2/5 with Amberjack. That Lakshmi team is going to be big

My program for the incoming week : farm sapphilit. Boys ! I need about 30 of them, and this is not counting the ones I'll need to evolve Blue Sprites when they come around, boring.

I do need tons of sapphilit, and farming them is a pain. What is my best bet ?
If it is Dungeon of Water during 1/2 stamina, then which floor is it ? Last floor has 4 battles for 3 stamina, but does not seem to spawn sapphilits that often. Other floors have 2 battles for 2 stamina, not sure if sapphilit spawns more often there.
Maybe another dungeon is better ? Friday's int does not look that good. Blue Mystic Stone Dragon Cave drops it pretty often, along with other nice drops, but it is too expensive and I'm not willing to stone for those babies.

Any advice appreciated.

I can sympathize; not too long ago I had to collect and evolve ~40 Baby TAMADRA and it was really frustrating trying to gather so many materials. If you aren't willing to stone (and I wouldn't be either), then you're just going to have to exercise a little patience and stretch the project out over a few weeks. Also, instead of trying to get all the Sapphilits you need to evolve the entire team at once, maybe you could try focusing on evolving only one or two cards at a time? It wouldn't change the total amount of time it would take to evolve the whole team, but you'd reward yourself with a little bit of progress along the way.

But yeah, my preference is Friday - Int, or if I'm impatient, the low level Normal Dungeons. Sometimes you'll get lucky and get what you need, but they usually suck.

I actually need them to evolve amberjacks for skill ups, and to evolve blue sprite to skill ups my 2 andromedas. Lots.
I'd also like to take advantage of the 1/2 stamina in Dungeon of Water, this is why I'm getting sick of it today. So you say floor 1 and 2 of dungeon of water is better than floor 3 ? I'll try that and make some stats.

Friday will be reserved to dub-lit farming, since I also need sapphi-dub (Amberjack...), and topa-dub (babies TAMADRAS). But maybe friday expert will also drop some small sapphilits, yay !

Oh, I thought you were just evolving normal cards and not skill-up fodder. For Amberjacks, you might want to set 5 aside for the level 99 skill-up method in case you can't max your main Amberjack out with the rest. It will take 24,000,000 experience to do though, which is crazy, but we don't know when Amberjack will be available again.

I don't think it matters which floor you do in the Dungeon of Water. Sometimes floors that cost more Stamina will be able to spawn more types of monsters which is not what you want, so double check PDX first, but I don't think that's the case with the Dungeon of Water.

Joy ! I wont have to spend 24mega xp to skill up amberjack, he is done and went 2/5 2/5 1/2. Luck.
Now I have 20 of them sitting unevolved in my box because I feared not having enough. I wont skill another one though, dupe andromedas + amberjacks seems to be enough in ALakshmi team.

About tjose sapphilit drops, I had a better luck in the first water dungeon Sapphire Cave tahn in the third Cave Master. I think this has to do with the first floor that only spawns 2 monsters, thus gives a better rate of droping sapphilit if it spawns. Indeed, when you farm Sapphire Cave, you play that first floor more often than in Cave Master, I noticed that the vast majority of my drops came from that floor.

Alas, I am not done with that dungeon since Blue Sprite is coming, and they need 2 sapphilit to evolve and be able to skill up andros...

EDIT padx gave my answer, blue sprites lasts for 3 days. How the heck will I get 50 water sprites in 3 days and keep my stones ? Tough choice.

I could really used to spend a Godfest or two not rolling to build up some stones (I have to figure there's usually a PCGF around Christmas or so) but my alt did two rolls and got a max level Verdandi and LMeta out of the deal. Between Verdandi (which I already have a +297 of on my other account) and Kaede I'm not sure which would be the better choice to focus on.

Zero-stoned all the normal dungeons now, tbh I could have done it way earlier but the high stamina costs used to scare me off. Now, I am onto clearing the last 99 stamina tech-dungeons, though some of my teams still need a little bit of attention on the skill-up front, which is looking not too bright, as my skill-up attempts during the 2.5 chance event turned out unlucky... 0/10 blue masks on LMeta, 0/3 Cao Cao, and several other bad lucks... Actually, it seems that my skill-up luck is better during x2 events... to top it off, my +egg reservoire kept on getting "SUPERs" almost every time I fed +eggs to it.... so troll...

Also, grinding KOG for rank-ups while the 1.5 x EXP event was active- resulted in a severe dungeon burn-out...

And finally, I really need to decide which UVO I should choose for my Kagutsuchi, who is going to join my Urd team soon:

1) Awoken form, trading Attacker sub-type for a third TPA and 8 total awakenings and superior AS/LS, or the
2) F/D Attacker/God form with higher ATK but "only" 2 TPAs and 4 total awakening.

Personally I tend towards the Awoken form, although this form doesn't benefit from Nim's AS which gives a 2.5 x burst for Attackers; but with the forthcoming arrival of Awoken Freyr (x2 ATK for Fire and Water, + (-1CD)), who will definitely join my Urd team and might even replace Nim (as the weakest card apart from the AS), things would start to look much better again.

I wouldn't hesitate goin for Hino's awoken form. I have his F/D sitting in my box and will definitely switch up once I get over my fear of Legendary Seaway.

DC collab is done with and after more runs than I care to think about I have max skilled Sharon, Chester and Beast Rider Merlin. Darkseid ended up at skill level nine.

Well, being just a Dragon Fruit away from maxed Awoken Hinokagu looks like a pretty nice situation to me. I'm actually one Hinokagu away from maxed Awoken Hinokagu. This guy would make a real nice sub for Shiva.

Last three days were devoted to Blue Sprite. I could gather 18 sprites until now, mainly during today's 2x drop. Not sure this will be enough to skill one Andromeda up (not to mention skill up 2 Andros), and still not decided to stone for it. We'll see when tonight comes...

You'd be surprised what you never bother doing sometimes. I actually just barely managed to beat Endless Corridors for the first time with my Verdandi team. The tricky part is that it's basically a cakewalk up until you have to beat Hera on battle 49 without using up all your actives, then you have Zeus after that.

I actually have Kagutsuchis on both my accounts these days, but I'm not sure where he would actually fit into any of my teams. His active might work for a Ronia team, but his type is wrong.

The UVO came up nicely, no complications whatsoever, and guys, this Awoken Hino is a beast!
Took him for a spin in the "Gift from the Holy Beasts" dungeon that just popped-up today, and he shines!
First round, double TPA, KO...
Now, he replaces the 297Ronia on my Urd team, and boy you can feel the power of the triple TPA!!

Congrats Geist. Apparently he was just updated last night with small boosts to ATK and HP. Too bad he didn't receive triple typing.

Speaking of triple typing, Hadar can now be dusted off and once again find a place on devil teams. Ult. Valkyrie's also received third attacker type which will be great if I ever manage to pull GZL.

Despite all odds, it looks like there is a chance we may be getting the Final Fantasy collab, so you may want to consider that possibility as you decide how to spend your stones in this Halloween event.

Personally, I'm not sure how much I care about either collab. There are certainly some interesting and flashy cards, but I'm not seeing anything that would be a game-changer for me. The new Izanami or Kali are certainly in the realm of possibility, and I'm sure I could fit them into my Awoken Yomi & Awoken Ra teams in certain situations but I'm equally sure I could do just as well without.

It will be difficult, sentimentally, to skip the Final Fantasy collab, though.

Now this has to happen sometimes : one full week of farming 20 Blue Sprite, xp fodder, 40 little blue lits, and my Andromeda goes 2/20 skill ups, during 2.5x event. It hurts.

On a positive note, we got to love the 1000 pal points per day login bonus. I also tried the 7x6 endless corridor, and it is a blessing for ABastet.
Can anyone confirm that the last floor of the last devil challenge was on 7x6 board too ? I read that Beelzebub launches an attack that turns ’42 random’ orbs to poison.

Devil's Domain has always used the standard 6x5 board size. Beelzebub's preemptive there just converts all of the orbs to regular poison orbs regardless of the board size. I'm guessing the 42 random orb thing is just an error on PDX's part.

Mistakes I’ve done today :

1) Used my best friend Kaiser to gain 100 Pal Points in Zeus Vulcan, instead of Dungeon of water. A team of Echidna and Ogre can not beat Zeus Vulcan.
2) Died at Zeus in KotG. My board was 13 dark and 17 red. Made my 2 dark lines at top and bottom, got 3 combos and thats all, not enough firepower. Had gained 2 +eggs in this run.
3) Same as above, but I had 3 +eggs.
4) Tired of losing at KotG, I decided to boost my devil team. Gave a snow globe to Sonia, or at least I wanted. Touched the wrong icon and gave it to my lvl 99 Rodin instead.
5) Also wanted to gain 2 more skill ups for Ronia. Gave her 5 red trifruits, before realizing they do not skill her up at the moment.
6) Died at KotG again, against Tiamat. Did not see I had less than 14k health from previous hit, and he had a 1 turn counter instead of the usual 2. If I miss one more KotG, I wont be able to rank up tonight and byebye +eggs farming.

Do I keep playing this game ?

Congrats! Full board enhance looks really cool, although I tend find too many enhanced orbs to be a little disorientating.

I think if I ever pull a dark Kali I'll make your Awoken Yomi team. This one card is holding me back from so many teams.

I've cleared out all of the challenge descended dungeons except for Noah. The only team I can really use for it is my light Kali team since it satisfies the all-attributes requirement, but I just finished building it and I'm not yet comfortable using a color-conditional leader. My Endless Corridor practice runs have been going well, but I'm still nervous because there's a huge difference between that and descends.

Edit: Noah down! Overall it went pretty smoothly. I got orb trolled a few times, but between the team being mostly Healers with high RCV and my max-skilled dark Izanami's shield, I was able tank those situations out.

Haven't really played in awhile.

Just attempted a Beelzebub run, and succeeded without having to stone; I think this might have been my first successful mythical (non evo dungeon) descend.

I used Lu Bu, Ronia (not ult), Hardar, Moonbeam Lilith, devil Persephone and a friend's hypermaxed Ronia; most of my monsters were level 60 or so (Lu Bu was max level, and my Ronia was about level 80), and with the exception of Hardar, I had pretty much no skill ups. Besides my friend's +297 Ronia, the only monster on my team who had any meaningful plus boost was my +72 Lu Bu.

Not really sure if I should swap out anyone on this devil team for Beelzebub...

Now if only I could get some more green masks; I have 5 blue masks that I don't need, but I really need more green masks for my awoken Bastet subs...

I finally cleared Zeus Vulcan with ABastet. Got Zeus and Hera required to,make Awoken Minerva, nice.

Hermit, I would definitely swap Lilith out for Beelzebub in your team, provided you get him to his uevo, which is pretty annoying.

About the green mask, you can go the PEM way : never roll the PEM, never open the 2000 pal points mail, use the most best friends everyday, then spend all your pal points during evo carnival.
You may also be able to farm Wednesday Mythical. Do you happen to have a Chester ? Red or Black, whatever. This guy has 3 skill lock resist. A devil team with full skill lock resist could cheese that dungeon, stall like crazy on floor 2, ping floor 3, laugh at floor 4 and burst floor 5.

I would do Beelzebub - Lu Bu - Red Sonia - D/L Lilith - Persephone - Red Sonia.

In a Sonia-style team, Beelzebub is only worth using if he's ultimate-evolved and if he's the leader. Hadar gets kicked out because Beelzebub's active skill does the same thing, and is significantly faster. Hadar's RCV is also very low; between Beelzebub, Lu Bu, and Hadar, you would have ~340 RCV, which is crippling. Lilith stays because she alone brings ~550 RCV and her active skill gives you a mini-burst to use in the middle of a dungeon.

A reason to not use Beelzebub right now is that 5 dark rows (in the team I suggested) might not cut it. It would be nice if Persephone could be replaced with another orb changer like D/D Haku or Pandora, Zuoh, or Akechi Mitsuhide, boosting the number of rows to 7.

EDIT: The Final Fantasy Collab has been officially announced. It's starting early November.

Received my 300+ days bonus recently, and am clocking in at rank 305 right now. (been farming KOG for +eggs)
Currently, I am saving up all my stones for a possible Xmas special, or, the very special Godfest that gives me the best chance to pull a LKali. (I am running out of coin dungeon rewards)

My Urd is very close to being hypermaxed, only 11 HP +eggs and 2 skill-ups are missing. #clapping

Been farming Light Sprite intensively during x2 drop event and was able to almost max-skill my Sun Wukong Lv.5 and DQXQ Lv. 4. [15 Shirons no skill-up during 2.5 chance] Will try to get the last skill-ups tomorrow during another x2 event. //Max-skilled my Apollo today//

Challenge Descended is up again and I am always happy to take the free loot, though the 99 Stamina dungeons still seem too stronK for me.
Also, I can't wait for the Kaguya-Hime debut next week, my Amaterasu is finally ready to be Awoken. #hype

Apart from that, I have chosen Horus over Ra for the next hypermax treatment, simply because I haven't pulled a LKali or DKali (as the last missing Ra-team member) yet. The Flampys necessary to max-skill Horus are already sitting in my box, and a (hypermaxed) Horus tandem is also quite deadly- yet more forgiving than a Ra tandem...

Congrats on beating Noah, I failed my last attempt and quit the dungeon afterwards, but need her for Freyr's upcoming UVO. Izanami's damage reduction sounds very useful, I will try and level her up so I can use her next time the dungeon is up.

Beelzebuddy is really great, especially if you have a burst active (Lubu, Durga, Lilith, King Baddie,...,) It feels really good to start a dungeon with 80000 HP... I also have him on my Ronia Team, paired with Horus for a full enhanced board burst.

Geist, you are just 10 days ahead of me, currently day 290, but I am only rank 270ish. You must have farmed KoTG pretty intensively.

About that Noah Descend, I never had problem with it, my team usually is :
ABastet / Verdandi / Verdandi / GZL / Ice Knight Muse / Disciple Committee Chair Athena (bless the day I made this friend)
Color advantage and burst cheeses the dungeon. I even remember beating it with Verdandi as leader.

Tonight, I ran Star Vault 9 times, and got 13 +eggs out of it. Thats about 1.5 +egg per run, or 0.05 +egg per 1 stamina.
Was that bad luck ? To me, it seems to be better to just farm KotG with 3x normal.

Star Vault is all about +egg/time. It's only really worth running hard when you have a team that can clear it very quickly (I'd say less than 1 minute per clear or so). As it stands, I can get around 110-130 plus eggs in 1 hour with Star Vault. It costs me about 10 stones worth of stamina refreshes, but that's pretty much the only thing I spend stones on anymore and it's well worth it to me because I just can't spend my entire day farming 3x normals or 5x technical Mondays usually.
