RCA composite to vga/dvi scaler

I am looking for a cheap converter/upscaler to connect a gamecube (ntsc) to a pc monitor. Anybody has a clue? :lol:

For one don't use composite.

Use Unseen's GCVideo project- gives you a direct HDMI connection and will look a billion times better than composite converted into anything. Easiest option is to buy a Pluto-IIx HDMI dev board.
PS1 Disc-Based Game ID BIOS patch for MemCard Pro and SD2PSX automatic VMC switching.
