Sega Saturn Twin sick mod help

I came across this page of a Custom Libble Rabble Twinstick from Japan. I figure "hey that'd make a good Robotron 2084 controller" and I have an unused Twin Stick in my closet. The sticks inside it are custom LS-40 and have different mount than what i normally see. I don't suppose there is simple drop-in joystick for this?
