So, there's a mobile shmup called Elemental Wings that has this "Hell Mode" you go into after defeating last boss. As the name implies things get pretty hellish, every major enemy gets an new ability or two, bosses actually start shooting at you and get more minions to spawn. The only problem is grindwall.

By speedrun do you mean actually try to race and not just come last because you were playing it like a shmup?

Actually try to race. You need to take first place to access the loop.

I agree with this 100%. I love that game and really like the idea of having to first place it to see the second half.
