I'm looking for a product that can take 2 rca plugs with an audio-less SCART video feed and combine them back into a single SCART output, basically the opposite of this breakout box:

does such a product exist?
Also, forgive the stupid question, but I was thinking, can I just use the above linked product in reverse? (given the correct female to male SCART adaptors)
Seems it might work, but wanted to ask here before potentially damaging any equipment...
I'd still prefer a product designed for such a thing (so i don't need to get more female/male adaptors anyway, but just curious if that would work)

Loads on eBay with a switch to set the RCAs to put audio in or get it out.
