One thing I've often wondered about is this - why don't games have a feature to delete a score off the high score list? It would be an easy feature to add, and very useful. A while ago I was playing some DDP with a friend (credit-feeding), and I ended up getting my chain up to about 1000 on stage 6, which is ridiculously easy thanks to the slowdown in 2p mode on the Saturn. So now that score is permanently stuck at the top of my HS list. What do you guys think? Do you know of any games that have this feature?
We here shall not rest until we have made a drawing-room of your shaft, and if you do not all finally go down to your doom in patent-leather shoes, then you shall not go at all.
A handful of games have a "clear all high scores" option (offhand I forget which ones I've seen), but otherwise you usually have to just start a whole new save file...I've never seen the option to delete individual scores.

Not to mention the optical media games, when you can emulate this option by just deleting your memory card file. You'll just lose your option settings by doings so.
