Rumor: New Genesis portable coming?

This comes from a press release put out by a Hong Kong company which has apparently acquired the rights to make Sega licensed TV game systems, and are talking about possibly even making a new Genesis portable. The interesting bit from the press release:

We are developing a Sega hand held system also (like Gameboy), which will contain 20 games of your choice and have a high quality 2.5 inch LCD screen. For an additional cost, we can create a cartridge based version as well, so you can have 20 games inside plus sell multi-game cartridges also. Due to some exclusivity being discussed for some countries already, please rush to tell us ASAP if you wish to order the hand held console system for your country. Our in house design for the Hand-Held system is similar to the Sonic design of the plug-and-play TV game system, so you can expect it to be very attractive design.
