Sega blast city how hard to move about?

A sega blast city has come up local for sale, its not something i was looking for but ive kind of fell in love with it, my worry is how big and heavy they are, can two people maneuver one up flight of stairs easily? do they fit through standard doors easily etc?

much easier to move it once the monitor is out. Take the control panel off and it will fit through all standard doors with ease and helps with pivot points. Do get a friend involved hopefully someone with good upper body and leg strength.
