Does anyone have this game?

If so, I need a couple of photos of the game running if possible - the best place would be the high score table shown after gameplay demo, I need to be able to see the very bottom edge clearly (so shifting the picture up will help), and the very top edge too (so shift it down), turning up the brightness a little so the dark blue can be seen against black will help with that second one too.

It's to help fix the viewable display area in MAME which is wrong at the moment, just not sure quite what values to use.
