Hello I have question about a monitor. It turns on, looks like this
Image
Sorry about the size^
Screen then turns yellowish and turns off, then it starts clicking like its trying to power on again. Is this worth trying to fix or just get my refund?
Seems it was damaged during shipping. I was crossing my fingers after reading some stories about shipping monitors.
Thanks
Mod Edit: Huge Image.

Re: PVM 20M4U Problem
If it went UPS shipping is most likely the reason that it doesnt work.
Ive had 2 monitors shipped Fedex now, and they both arrived working.
The 1 I had that was sent ups got broken beyond repair.
Others have also had similar experiences.

Shipped via FedEX. Looks like it took a hit up top, cracked the case on the back of the unit. It had about a 6 in of bubble wrap around it.

Re: PVM 20M4U Problem
sounds like the seller didnt wrap it good enough. bubble wrap wont absorb enough impact.
my monitors that survived came packed in 8 in of soft foam. it was cut to fit.
