Even though he is giving the game away for free, its still illegal to be distributing copyrighted material that is not original.

I've given free legit games as bonus for certain buyers when they use B.I.N.

However, more pitiable is the moron who'd pay for this when you can download and burn all those games for free.

Come on, Half-Life and Propeller Arena never had a release. You can download both of them on the internet (I did so with Half-Life, and it did came with Blue Shield).
