BVM Broadcast Monitor User Manual Request

Hi, I recently acquired a Sony BVM 1911 monitor. Before I start fiddling around I was hoping to find a .pdf online of its user manual, but I could not find it (maybe I can't Google...). Not sure if this model is commonly referred to the masses as a 'BVM series ___' ; the information out there seems rather scarce. If anyone who owns this model could help shed some light on anything that would be awesome, I am just dipping my toe into this scene and it seems its time to go in head first. Thanks.

I have the service/maintenance manual for the 1916/2016 which I find nearly identical to the 1911/2011 and 1915/2015 monitors I also have.

After a lot of communication back and forth with Sony, I got the following:

Wow, indeed thank you for sharing. I may be able to find an actual hard copy of the 1911 manual at work, so if I ever come in contact with one I'll consider making some scans to share. Cheers man.

I'm glad I could help. I spent a lot of time locating this and it's great that others also could put it to good use.

Maybe this thread could house user/service manuals, if anyone else outthere have simmilar they would like to share.

As these definitely aren't mainstream monitors, locating manuals and such is quite the task. Not only for BVMs and other Sony monitors, but for all broadcast/production monitors outthere.

I have quite a lot of the the Sony PVM user manuals, and one or two of the service manuals (one of them being the 20L4)

before I upload them somewhere, and post a link, can I confirm with the moderators, that its allowed under the forums rules?

I know they are strictly Sony Copyright, but you have to wonder if they really care about a 15 year old manual....
