should i buy this candy cab?

im looking at buying a astro city candy cab, but im not sure about the monitor in the cab.
my question is, is this monitor easily fixed as in degauss, cap kit or even replace the unshielded speakers above the monitor?

its playing galaga, and the text at the top should all be in red.

If you are afraid of an error like that, you should not buy a cab.
Better get a console.

First off I would ask the buyer about it and see if degaussing it does anything at all. If the problem persist, then you can make a decision whether or not to move forward with it.

Thanks guys I just wanted to know if there was anything I should look out for, I know eventually id probably have to fix it anyway, but id rather that be down the track.
