PS2 Neo Geo games wont boot after rebuilding the ISO

hi guys , ive been playing around with converting some of my PS2 games into 240p ( check links below )

im having a problem with a few titles tho


Garou Mark of the Wolves
The King of Fighters XI
Neo Geo Battle Coliseum


these games wont boot (black screen or a dotted mash of colors) i think the problem lies in the below

DNAS300.IMG
IOPRP300.IMG

DNAS310.IMG
IOPRP310.IMG


they all have these files and it seems they are the culprit.............anyone know how i get the above games working ?
