Could you measure resistance of SNES Reset switch

Hey all -

If any of you guys happen to have a SNES with the hood popped open, could you get an Ohm's reading across the four points of the reset switch (both closed and open)?

I am trying to diagnose an issue. I think it might be an issue with my CIC chip and/or reset switch.
