Hey guys,

I lost my bookmarks and would love to find the game again. I had only found a video of it on Youtube.
The (Japanese) video had a hardcore (techno) soundtrack, was a vertical boss-only bullethell shooter, and the bulletpatterns were meticulously scripted to match the rhythm of the music.
I remember there was a voice in the music that mentioned something about "pizza".

That's all I know. Help a brother out?

Neither of those, it was a PC game and not very pretty, just mainly bullet patterns and extremely fast music.

Just to let you know, touhou danmakufu is pretty much a touhou fan-game/boss/pattern engine, and not a full game.
You can do some neat stuff with it, the video you linked is a good example.
