probably stones.
2nd one being for hockey - during my midget minor year of off ice training, we were taught how to square up/take a punch/give a punch, and my boxing glove (which is what we used for off ice) didn't fit my hand correctly. When I came across and hit the guy with my right hand... it was a very awkward punch which ended up splitting my middle knuckle down the middle and flipping my ring finger knuckle upside down. My coach thought I dislocated it and wanted to pop it back into place, but I couldn't handle it and had to go to the hospital. they ended up giving me a soft cast and told me my knuckle will flip back up and heal. It sort of did but you can definitely tell since the skin doesn't line up on the knuckle like it used to.
Also when I had that soft cast on, my buddy just finished a section on the bike trails we were working on prior to my accident, and I ended up hitting the jump with my soft cast on and dislocated my shoulder lol.
