2 level trial available.

What do you think about this game?

IMO It's way better than Vulkaiser. Looks like they tried to mix best parts of their previous games.

I had lots of fun with this. far less of the slow bullet crap and plenty of stuff to destroy (though I think the napalm cannon is overpowered as all hell due to short charge time.)
isn't this a port/remake of a daezamon 2 game? I know I've seen this exact concept before.

This game is getting a Steam release today.

Official english site, which includes a 2-stage demo.

Anyone here played it already?

Stupid question: is the Steam release the full version (i.e. not a 2 stage demo)?

Why would they charge for the demo!?

(It is the full version, of course.)

I SAID IT WAS A STUPID QUESTION!

(In all seriousness, I'm used to seeing a lot of early access stuff on Steam & just wanted to make sure).

Looks fun, likely picking this up.

Got a Steam key from a bundle I bought way back in 2013.

Let's see if I have some time to try this out properly.

Just bought this on Steam. Really fun game, with a nice array of beefy weaponry and the frenzied, scrappy action typical of Astro Port's stuff, but I was shocked to clear the normal mode on my first credit (first life, even). Will have to experiment with the higher difficulties... :P

That's per course with Astro Port games. The hardest difficulty Insane is where the game's really at, same thing with Satazius, Gigantic Army, et al.
No matter how good a game is, somebody will always hate it. No matter how bad a game is, somebody will always love it.

Is that a twin stick mechanic I'm seeing in the video, or just a more generic "shoot slightly up or slightly down" sort of thing? Looks good, overall.

Oh, definitely. Both of those still took me a bit of practice on normal mode, though. Clearing it whilst merely trying it out just came as a surprise, hehe. Will definitely get plenty of milage out of Insane, though - it's really vicious. :)

FRO: yeah, your gun moves up and down as your mech does, and locks into position when you hold the fire button.
