Extron Captive Screw to RCA adapter ?

Hi

I'm looking for such adapters for my Extron Crosspoint 12x8 Matrix Switchers.

Even if you could, they'd be crazy expensive. Just make them yourself or get some made for you. The connectors are easily available by Phoenix.
