Need recommendation on calibrating PVM-14L5

Post by option.iv »

Ok, I've tried going through the service menu and adjusting geometry and raster on the PVM, however there seems to be no way to get rid of an ever so slight tilt on the picture. The image is tilted just enough that a top right sliver of the picture is cut off if I extend the picture to the edges. Who do I take this PVM to and have it calibrated in this day and age? I most likely have to open the monitor and adjust some of the pots, but I am extremely clumsy and really don't want to deal with risk of injury or death. Should I try and find a regular TV repair shop (that does CRTs) or do i have to find one of those ISF certified guys to calibrate a PVM. If anyone knows of a place in SoCal (specifically San Diego), I'll take any recommendation.
