Looking for a thread ... (Cave-related)

Hi fellows!

I am looking for a thread, that showed graphical assets of cave sh3 games.
It had a tool, that was able to extract the memory pages from their roms.

that was about 1,2 years ago, and it was - iirc - called CaveTool. And it was in this forum.

Can someone like link me to it?
Haven't had any luck the last hour with the search engine.
