Last year, as with the year before, I travelled with CHI, DEL and Plasmo, and have been joined by Smraedis, spadgy, JWS, ptoing, nuskool, Eaglet, and a host of others too numerous to list. This year, I'll likely be sortieing with the usual crew, and have opened up the thread early to start off discussion, and to get things organised quickly so we have more time to look forward to things.
Dates:
I believe the official dates are Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th May 2015.

Venue:
Although I can't really say if there's been any official word, I hear it'll be held at the same venue as 2014, Le Champs Libres, in a central location within walking distance of the Rennes Central Station, which means easy access to local hotels, bars, restaurants, shopping centres etc.

Travel:
Most of us will be heading out via London on the Eurostar, cutting through Paris. Most likely, we'll be organising the tickets as soon as they become available to book, because they'll be cheap then - the longer we leave it, the more expensive it gets. Therefore, make sure you know you're going, and have everything ready before you register your interest, otherwise you'll hold up the booking for others and increase our combined cost.
Last year, one of us took care of the travel arrangements for everyone, which was beneficial in that we all travelled together. It is suggested that, if possible, we do that again this year. Check-in is usually an hour before the actual departure time, but to be safe, we will try and meet up a bit earlier to give us time to get there and get in.
NOTE: Looking at the current Eurostar ticket calendar, the tickets are likely to be available from end-Feb.
Accommodation:
The group of us were split between three hotels within a minute's walk of each other and the main station, so they'd be good choices again this year. Be aware that some hotels may be cheaper/more expensive depending on the number in the party, so check prices accordingly.

NOTE: Hotels are already available.
Total Costs:
I can't quite remember how much everything came up to, but it wasn't over £300 for both travel and accommodation, depending on where you stayed. I'd advise ensuring you have about that amount ready when we come to make our bookings. Carry as much spends as you need.
Anything else?
I haven't heard any news on Western demonstrations, but if there is, and you're doing one, make sure you consider bringing your own gear for the demo. And if you do, also consider the time it takes to get through customs with it. >_>
Innit.
(Why am I the one that usually opens these threads?
