Possible lords of thunder fake
Can anyone provide the codes/symbols on the inside ring of the legit disc? Mine has: Tgxcd 10331, r1c, mfd by jvc and these blocky symbols. I just need to compare so I can sleep tonight.

Re: Possible lords of thunder fake
I would be very surprised if someone faked a Lords of Thunder - it's just not worth enough money.

Re: Possible lords of thunder fake
I just checked my US copy of Lords of Thunder, which I actually bought on the day of its release. You, sir, have a legitimate copy. I would be surprised, though, if there weren't random pirated copies of the game out there somewhere. I once saw a pirated copy of Space Harrier for Saturn, a game which is dirt cheap. In Korea, of all places. I assume you would need a modified Saturn to even get that stupid thing to run. It's easier to just buy a legit copy.

Thanks for the help, GrantWindsor. I bought it for next to nothing at flea market over the summer and paranoia struck me out of the blue, haha. I don't see why there wouldn't be fakes of this game. There is only a few up on ebay or amazon at any given time always going for 100 or more. I hear this game isn't exactly rare but I never see too many around.

Yep, the legit US copy has the cover artwork cropped all weird and is missing the voiceover in the intro. I could see getting it and being like "WTF?!"zonkynib wrote:Thanks for the help, GrantWindsor.
