Question about supergun RGB->HDMI capture setup

So now that I have a supergun, I've entertained the thought of grabbing a Framemeister to attempt playing on my HDMI monitor through RGB. I would like as well to upgrade my capture setup for streaming/recording. I've been noticing some issues with my CRT TV and Dazzle not fully capturing some boards due to resolution differences.

I'm hoping the Framemeister can help with that issue, but I'd also be in need of some kind of HDMI capture device. Preferably something with passthrough to simplify things, but I'd also accept tossing an HDMI splitter in if there's a decent way to go about it.
