So I'm having some trouble getting a super solid picture with my setup. If I run video straight from the Naomi's VGA into my 480p monitor I don't have any sort of noise in the image.
Current setup is VGA from the Naomi into a powered VGA splitter (I've verified this isn't an issue by not using it and still having the issue). One VGA goes into a Kenzei sync combiner which runs 480p over scart into my XRGB Mini. The other VGA goes straight to my TATE monitor. I know the scart cable as well as the VGA cables are fine as I have the issue on cords I know work fine. I also know it's not the Kenzei as I do not have the issue with my Dreamcast.
I also have the issue, albiet slightly less bad, if i run the VGA into my Capcom i/o and pull the video from the jamma harness.
This is a video I captured with my setup. The noise is mostly noticeable on the title screen.

Any suggestions?

Are you powering the Kenzei by VGA or AC adapter?

Re: Rolling noise on Naomi into XRGB Mini
Its powered by the VGA from the powered VGA splitter. I will try it with an external power adapter when I get home this evening.
