Hello,
I have this TV Sony Trinitron KV-M2171K.By mistake I typed "0" followed by "PROGR-" in service menu. Hereby I lost the picture reset function from service menu (CODE TT 15).
The rest of the codes work except 15 (code for picture reset).Now when I type 15 nothing happens.
Is there any way to retrieve this code for picture reset in service menu?

Have you lost the ability to factory reset it completely?
