U-Brand: Tatsuya Uemura Is A Rock God

Apparently Toaplan's Tatsuya Uemura (the tall, skinny guy in shades playing guitar in the vids) put together his own rock band called "U-Brand" recently and starting covering some of his old Toaplan music. This is some amazing shit man!

Nice! Daisuke Matsumoto (from Cave Sound Team) is playing the drums on that band.

EDIT: my apologies, Barricade Zone is actually the 6th stage, I thought it was the 7th....

Ha ha! Thanks guys, I was compelled to after I stumbled upon this

I hope they cover Captain Lancer from Hellfire and "Secret of Ogiwara" from Outzone eventually.

That voice dub for "U-Brand" at the beginning and ending of each video is hilarious though :P

EDIT: Totally agree that they should cover Captain Lancer, btw. That would be pretty excellent.
