After months of procrastinating/incompetent flailing/unforeseen setbacks, my site is finally up! Figured I'd post it here first, seeing as you dudes are pretty much the target audience:
http://gosokkyu.com/
(Site's mega-amateur, I know, but I got sick of paying people to make it look better just to have 'em bail on me, so I threw this up in a hurry so I could move on with my life.)
The first few articles include:
-an original interview with the creators of Umihara Kawase
-a translated roundtable dev interview with the team behind Assault Suits Valken
-a translated interview with the lead programmer on Rondo of Blood/Chi no Rondo
(Blackoak helped me with all three of these articles, incidentally, so remember to tell him how awesome he is.)
I've got plenty more in the pipeline, too, including original interviews with quite a few STG personnel, so stay tuned. All suggestions/requests/abuse is welcome. Enjoy!

Good to know, considering I lifted the ASV Urushihara art from your photobucketBIL wrote:Instant bookmarked. ^__^GSK wrote:-a translated roundtable dev interview with the team behind Assault Suits Valken

Haha, I wondered if those were the same files! Glad to see they've finally been given an appropriate home, having been retrieved from the depths of some Urushihara anthology torrent or another.

Yeah, I was really scrambling to pull up images from the guide the interview is from, as I only had a transcript and not a full scan, and your PB was one of the few places I could find that didn't force me to wade through pages of porn just to find something.
I did end up finding someone who might be able to help me with shots from the actual book, so I should hopefully be able to go back and add developer mugshots later.

looks great, glad to see it up! i like the format too, simple is good. with shmuplations i sacrificed some text legibility for "cool background"-ness, but i like the simple white bg/black text and clear space for captioned pics you've got there. excited to see what new content you'll have in the coming weeks and months.

Another update, and it only took, what, eight months? Christ.

It's an interview with the developers of the SFC action-adventure game Marvelous: Mouhitotsu no Takarajima, one of the more obscure first-party Nintendo games ever made. It's best known for being the first game directed by Eiji Aonuma (and it does feel a lot like an Aonuma Zelda game, for better or worse) but what a lot of people don't know is that it's a reworking of a project meant for the ill-fated SNES-CD.
Enjoy!

Captain Maverick looks like he's never had dysentery or would even think of shooting his way out of a good sword fight.
Nice site design, tho in 2014 better horizontal text formatting is mandatory as 1080p is everywhere now. Don't make me scroll so much please

Yeah, I know that bugs a lot of people. The current design is a bit of a hackjob and it actually discourages me from posting more regularly, but I'll get around to fixing it (or getting someone else to help me fix it) eventually.

Great site, I love this kind of stuff.
