Re: Hammer Away PROTO found!
Because this game was never sold no one on earth, except Sega, can claim to own a legal copy. Therefor this game cannot be played by anyone without both committing piracy and violating MAME's terms of use. Please lock thread.

It's been around and playable from a number of svn releases before 0.156
Protip to finding a 'rom': check the available games list in Mame, you will notice the rom name is also diplayed.
Then just write a '.zip' at the end of the name when you google it.
Anyway it's just a matter of days before various download places update their hosted romsets.

Quite a few already have. That being said, it's a rather mediocre game, imo. The different buttons for ground and air shots is more tedious than anything.

I was excited to try it after seeing the screenshots and reading the info, then I played it...

I'll try that out, though.Udderdude wrote:Assign both to one button. Problem solved!ptoing wrote:The different buttons for ground and air shots is more tedious than anything.
Also, was I the only one who saw the stage opening cinematic and went "great, my MAME revision is broken?"

There've already been a ton of conversions made, doesn't surprise me at all.
