As someone who finds this Ice Bucket Challenge thing extremely stupid, I appreciate how Patrick Steward handled it.

I despise Japanese music for the most part, but occasionally they get it right. This album was released last week and this single is playing in all the hipster clothing stores at the moment. I like it.

MOSQUITO FIGHTER - I also saw 'Madness in the fast lane' for the first time recently. Very very strange story indeed. The BBC doc completely holds back on giving any info at all about the Swedish sisters' background, but give themselves away when they show an old stock photo.
Definitely very interesting story and one of the maddest I've ever seen.

ViD-TV (Vzglyad i Drugiye) logo from Russia, ca. 1990s

When the Guo Xiang mask appears at the end, music like a Mortal Kombat fatality theme plays. The logo appears as ВИD (with the English D) rather than ВИД.

Quite cool IMO. Just be sure you don't crank the volume up too high.

Bumped into my longtime EMS delivery guy the other day in town, exchanged pleasantries and was informed he'd left my stuff in the usual spot. Lovely chap! Little did I know I was in fact BEING STALKED RELENTLESSLY. Warning: genuine insane person in need of clinical attention. But hilarious.

Tougeki Spirits Vol. 12 - Player Vs. CPU Boss Characters: Deciding Match!! (2/2)

Pachi, a tournament-level fighting game player, takes on General from Kaiser Knuckle- and fails, like most others.

Rugal? Goenitz? Shin Akuma? Igniz? Shao Kahn? Whatever. General is the cheapest bar none. He has flawless AI, reads your inputs, and is basically unpunishable after any move that he does. You're going to hate his teleport kara cancel grab, and his multi-way projectile. His projectiles will go through yours like a Haoh-shoh-koh-ken and hit you. WTF do you do?

Few in the world have beaten him, and it's been said a lot of the Kaiser Knuckle staff had been fired in regard to this. When making the upgrade version Dan-ku-ga (which sadly hasn't been released), Taito gave General some major nerfs and made him actually beatable as a final boss, while removing the requirements needed to beat him in KK.

Anyone who can beat Kaiser Knuckle's original version of General without cheats or hacks deserves $1,000,000.

Did that really happen? They were probably told to create a tough boss and they did an excellent job at it
