Meh... looks alright, I guess.

I bought this today - it's not bad to be honest, the arenas being 3d shapes does make things more interesting than they would otherwise be. There's a huge difficulty spike between the second set of levels and the third though. Could really do with an instructions screen, I couldn't find one and had to just guess on controls, scoring etc.

The 3D arena thing has been done before in Darkside, FYI.
Two working class dudes, one black one white, just baked a tray of ten cookies together.

An oligarch walks in and grabs nine cookies for himself.

Then he says to the white dude "Watch out for that black dude, he wants a piece of your cookie!"

Can't find any release information on Darkside (Clockwork Pixels) PC version but the iOS version was released 2010-07-18. Super Stardust HD (PS3) was released 2007-06-28 (though the arena is simply a sphere without any landscape) and I wouldn't be at all surprised if something else did it before that. Don't think the original Super Stardust (Amiga, 1994) counts.

Seems to be almost unchanged from the Wii U version besides the resolution boost. Did they move the satellite aiming adjustment from the touchscreen to the touchpad?

I have no idea - is that a thing? No instructions.

There was a slider on the touch screen that let you adjust the aim of your satellite options. Is it still there?

I have the Wii U version. Seems to be a decent game but after going through it once I had no desire to play it again. Nothing really "hooked" me.
