VR1 on Gunlock PCBs are not for sound volume, however I find that one the one I just obtained, someone has replaced the pot for reasons unknown, probably when they found it didn't adust the sound.
Can someone with an untampered one please measure the ohms across it?

I would have measured it for you if I saw this earlier, but since this is based on F3 hardware
can't you just measure the value of the pot on a F3 motherboard?

Looks like they're different here and there. I measured 2 Cup Finals boards, 4.8v on one, 5v on the other. Measured Gunlock and 4.2v, tried turning it up a little and the sound started crashing so ive put it back. Since found a photo of Arabian Fight which is the exact same type of F2 board and the pot on that is close to where mine sits. The voltage goes to an Ensoniq 5510 among other places which is where I measured the voltage at.
