Just received a Namco Classics Volume 1 PCB with some color issues. The seller claimed it was his monitor, but when I got the game I had the same issues.
Anyway, it took me a while to find the game, so I'm wondering if anyone here can repair it. It seems to be the same problem listed here in this topic at KLOV:http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=171123
Seems the issues has to do with the caps. The solution is to exchange the caps C13, C14 and C15 (next to the LM1203). Problem is I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff, so 'd rather pay to have it done correctly and bill the seller. Either that, or just get a full refund.
Is this something easily fixed? Anyone here want to volunteer?
Or should I just return the board?
