Right right... that's why I have such a hard time wanting to play this game for long periods of time I love it and all but sometimes it feels soooo long.

Still something like Stage 5 on loop 3 must be crazy!

I'm back with yet another hi-score, and this is most definitely my best run. My goal was just to clear loop 4, but I had the game of my life and managed to clear loop 5 as well! Videos will come soon.

I love this game and accomplished more than I ever thought possible, but it's definitely time for me to move onto something else.

I think I'm the only one even playing this game anymore, but I'm back yet again with some more scores. This time I decided to complete the game and get a hi score with every type, so here are my best runs with each type, all played on "Score Attack". Note: my weapon edit run is the same as the one I posted earlier, however, the rest are all new hi scores. I will post the videos when they are done uploading, will take a while though.

But stage 7 still kicks my ass hard, so there's still a lot of work to do. Not playing it right now, but maybe I'll continue even this year... or maybe a lot later.

It's good to see other people still playing, or at least possibly still playing this game haha. Stage 7 is a total beast, took me forever to get that one down to a manageable level. What a crazy level, I'm pretty sure that one level is longer than the entire first Gradius game lol.

Discovering the E-Laser was a revelation. Was skeptical at first, but holy mackerel, it annihilates bosses! Had a really poor performance on 1-4 and 1-5, but didn't lose a life until 2-5 afterwards. Considering I never saw anything beyond 2-1 I'm quite pleased, some of the altered bosses almost killed me. I can definitely see myself coming back one day, a 2-ALL is certainly doable with a bit of preparation and a focused run (which is the hard part with such a long game). Will move on for now, but I'm glad I spent some quality time without ruffle or excitement on this game, it was an interesting journey, forsooth!
