[Jaleco Mega System1] JK-03 -> replacement

Hello,

I have several Jaleco Megasystem 1 and the main disease is the edge component JK-03.
It often be broken as he isn't flexible.

I know guys allready tryed to solder back pins on it in order to repair it.
I discovered this picture :

The guys solder a HD4074008S component in place of JK-03.

I'm not familiar with datasheet and I have not found a way to compare them.
Can someone say me if this alternative is any good?

I'm afraid your only practical hope is to find a broken mainboard and salvage a replacement if the pins are too broken to refit the part.

That or someone gets repros made.
