Oldschool 2Axis Joysticks/Analog Joysticks?

Anyone know a good source of simple, 2-axis analog joysticks for PC? My dad had one he really liked back in the days of MS-DOS for flight sim and racing games, basically like this:

He's not fond of newer, more modern ones with all the fancy flight sim extras (throttle, a zillion buttons), and I'm looking to see if there's modern USB equivalents that don't have the finicky dials for joystick calibration, etc. Something that'd work well and be easy to setup for him for use in DOSBox. I know NES/SNES controllers have modern 'remakes', but does this style of simple analog joystick even exist still? Any recommendations?
