Virtual Boy easily has one of the most enjoyable Wario Land games I've played. Actually made use of the fact there was a background plane you can move to/from at times.

Arent ALL the games on CD32 PAL only and mere ports from other consoles?

What do you consider a console though? The Marty is a PC slapped in a smaller box, meaning all the 32bit computers would count on your list as well.

Xbox, Gamecube, Wii, Wii U all use a main CPU that in today's terms would be called "32 bit".

If handhelds are also under consideration, you can add all the ARM-based ones to the list, i.e. Gameboy Advance, Nintendo DS, DSi, 3DS and Playstation Vita (but not the PSP).

Well the FM Towns Marty is still a console though, it doesnt matter if originally the FM Towns were computers, the main point of the Marty is to act as a console, unlike a traditional computer that has fare less restrictions.

I consider the PS Vita TV/Playstation TV a console (or microconsole as I have seen it called on the internet), it certainly isnt a handheld even if the original Vita is a handheld.

All are PAL, though lots of titles support 60hz too. Most are either straight ports from the Amiga or have simple enhancements like CD audio, but not all.

Hey now... had Capcom made a Street Fighter game for the VB it would have sold millions!

The VB's screen resolution even matches Capcom's CPS arcade platform hardware resolution! (384x224)

The N64 has a 64bit main processor, so it doesn't count as 32bit.

The Jaguar is a weird case and can be anything from 16bit to 32bit or even 64bit depending on how you define it.

I believe the confusion with the N64 is that developers very rarely used the double-precision 64-bit mode, so every game essentially ran as a 32-bit process because it was much faster. It's still a 64-bit console though.
