Anyway, I can't wait till this fucker grows up and he'll have to live with these embarrassing memories forever. I've said/done some idiotic things on the web when I was young, but nothing nearly this devastatingly detrimental to mankind's advancement.

I thought he was just typing mad gibberish when he said "JAMARATYNEKLENARD", but a quick Google search dug this one up:

Scroll down to the very bottom of the overly long and really, really weird journal entry, and you'll see "James" has been handing him some of the GMOSSE sprites through his comment feed for some reason.

EDIT: I initially dismissed this one because GMOSSE is open source. Then I remember this guy was claiming every piece of software he can get his hands on as his own work...

This whole mess is starting to sound like the shmup version of Sonichu.

Also, deviantArt hasn't responded yet to my complaint either, but I remember the last time they did it took maybe several days before a mod finally got around to replying.

This is too funny. Though I sort of pity him in a certain "they know not what they do" sort of way.

Also going to poke fun at you guys for thinking "Septerra Tyrians" is a cool name. I'm willing to bet that Septerra is the name of another obscure shmup out there along with Tyrian and he's just pasting them together.

Anyway, if Google keeps denying you, consider taking serious legal action, maybe? I don't claim to know much about the law but I'm pretty sure even if this guy was actually a kid, the blame would then fall upon the parents. Might you be able to charge for identity theft? :lol:

I have no monays for lawyers, they're in a completely different country, and it's hard to think of any possible damages when all the games are free ..

Actually it refers to the PC RPG Septerra Core: Legacy of the Creator. I was just poking fun at his near completely random (and sometimes mispelled) namedrops. :P

Also, it's TyrAIns, not TyrIANs. :lol:

I'm highly considering ditching the current label, not only because this mess, but because there's another, completely unrelated site, which is apparently some sort of MUD (multi-user dungeon). Also, there's still tons of software sites with links to ancient URLs. So, what should the new one be? No label at all maybe? It's pretty difficult to defend ..

So, what I was afraid would happen, is happening. Just yesterday, I found a fresh new Mediafire link with another hacked up version of SAS's game (With tons of music stolen from my games thrown in as well), and as usual, all of the credits were replaced with his fake name.

He clearly is not going to stop any time soon. So, I took some drastic action. I tracked down the kid's mom and sent her a lengthy expose on Facebook. With any luck, this should be the last we hear from him ..

I hope it gets resolved. My hands are rather tied with regard to use of GMOSSE itself, but with regards to copyrighted content such as yours and Sas' he needs to be stopped.
