X-Multiply PCB ram speed?

Any X-Multiply PCB owners here? If so am i wondering what speed the ram is on the bottom board (B-board) on your PCB?
I am using a B-board from an R-Type wich is 15L (150 ns i guess) and i get a tiny graphic error on background graphics.
