I've been playing this quite a bit. Right now. my high score is somewhere around 220K or so, with the worldwide top score being somewhere north of 3 million (the guy who has it has been doing videos of his top scoring games, although only one that I know of has ever made it onto the net.)
Here's a link to a 2.1 million point video:

The music loop can be replaced with anything you want via custom soundtracks. And that's $5 to purchase it.

It is quite good, blindingly bright though. Daves right - there are no levels, it just gets harder, and harder, and harder - until you die.
I'm really digging the Live Arcade stuff, Mutant Storm is great (remixed for 360), Outpost Kaloki X is a lot of fun, I'm even enjoying the board games and so on.
When I'm not trying to evade the police in NFSMW, anyway

Good to know I'm not the only 360 owner here... What's everyone's gamertag so we can compare scores? (Mine is Vexorg, and I've got a couple of people from this forum on my friends list, but I don't think I have anyone from this thread.

Anyone else a bit miffed that the Arcade Live scores seemed to have reset at the New Year? My highest Geometry Wars score was 471,000 and it's been wiped!
It's a great game though.

Good grief. How sad are some of these hackers? They have to cheat their way into the high score tables? **shakes head in disgust**fraggore wrote:yea it was a clitch in they systems they are trying to get them back well so ms are saying.

Online cheating in games have been going on for many years, started pretty much with all the FPS shooters. I know xbox live cheating has been pretty bad since day one, with known ways to cheat your way to the top of most sports titles. Hackers just see it as a challance to prove their l33t skills, because obviously they can't prove their skills playing the game normally. Sad yes, but pretty much expected. Another reason why I don't play online RPG type games...its all pretty much cheating.Ord wrote:fraggore wrote: Good grief. How sad are some of these hackers? You should try the demo, if you have a 360. There's also a PC demo on Ninja Bees site. I'm not very familiar with tycoon style games, so I can't really compare it to anything. I did enjoy it though.Neo Rasa wrote:bloodflowers can you tell me more about Outpost Kaloki? It seems like Lemonade Stand and those other awesome M.U.L.E.-like games from the description but it is really so?
