Trouble using Play-Asia

So, I pre-ordered Caladrius Blaze on August 7, and a few days ago, I noticed in the "My Account" tab, that that particular order was labelled "preparing order", but it also said that the order wasn't paid yet, so I clicked "change payment/make payment", and chose to "use an existing card".

Now the order is labelled as "order received", which I think is a step backwards from "preparing order". The game is supposed to be out today, but it hasn't shipped yet.

What the hell happened? Did I reset my queue to the end of the line? Also, I'm certain that the payment was in order, they don't charge you until the shipment leaves the facility, right? It's not possible to get charged twice for the same product, is it?

They only authorized the card with the bank; funds are taken out on the shipping date.

I also have a concrete shipping date; September 5th.

Mine was sent few days ago. Never had this problem with PA.
It is a bit odd. Just give them an email.

I had the same problem when I used an old CC that was on file. All I did was update the info and the rest was handled by the staff.

You only get charged when they ship out your order. You won't get billed twice either.

I'm guessing they probably had a ton of people pre-ordering and is going to get around to packaging your order once they have verified payment.
