Have you heard the good word about our lord and savior Shinobu Yagawa? He was persecuted by many for his preachings of medal chaining/rank, and he stopped making games for our sins, but when his second coming arrives (read: he stops playing Pachinko/getting drunk and gets back to programming STGs) the deceased STG companies of old shall rise from their ashes and we will all see the world to come.
