That too. I would love to try these so-called "holy grail" games, but no way in hell I'm paying $150 for a dusty old console from Japan and another $300 for an uber-rare OMGWTFBBQ game that Saturn fanboys consider the second coming of Christ.
Where the hell do you get these prices from? And who the hell is paying $150 for a JP Saturn?
I was overexaggerating about the prices; they do tend to get pretty high and people like to gouge on the shipping anyway.

Well, high priced games are in no way more expensive on shipping than regular priced games.

But there's always stupid, lazy, or rich people willing to buy rare games for a premium from Play-Asia or esp. VGI so yeah, there are people buying games for shitloads more than they're worth.

That's the buttterfly ending, yeah? It doesn't require 100% scores - it's 95% or over, or something similar.
There's the white butterfly ending and the purple butterfly ending. I think you're talking about the white butterfly ending.

Hit up www.japangamestock.com. A standard Japanese Saturn is $20 from them and they have a huge selection of games.

Ah, yeah, you're right - I am. Do you need to 100% everything for that, then? Analysation, Shot Down and Support Item? Because, if so, I'm never going to see it.

Hm... the purple butterflies I have not seen. I'll keep trying though :)
You're arguing for a universe with fewer waffles in it. I'm prepared to call that cowardice.

I'll probably get modded but.. I recall seeing on a place about saturn modchips, that one of the reasons people sell them is so you can get to play RSG and PDS burnz without having to sell your kidneys or make a deal with the devil.

I found it incredibly easy, once I worked out that opening those cubes up was a positive thing I completed it fully during my first run
