You know I'd be almost hopeful it's a (cheaper) A board issue... given it looks like there's something there and that it then basically cuts out.
Perhaps even a power issue - careful measuring voltage but maybe up it a bit? ...unless you're already high enough.
...Presume you've not tried either with an alternative A or B board?

Yes is power
but on scart switcher probably he loos RGB connection (random)
