So Skykid, did making that post teach you anything, or stroke your intellect?
No, you are just killing time. Some people do it by watching stupid shit, others by ranting about that stupid shit on a forum.
Making it this factual "You are wrong for liking this and therefore are the problem with society" kinda thing is really stupid.
I can only hope you don't actually use the phrase "shit talking piss buckets" when normally waxing your intellect, because this makes it look like you are a part of the very problem you are complaining about. Pretty standard AVGN-ripoff commentary if I've ever seen it.
... anyways, I think I get your point, but my main problem with it is that it seems to assume that everyone has the same level of gaming knowledge, and therefore if you don't learn anything, its useless dribble. Sometimes making your video relevant to more than 30 people is a good thing. Take the MMX Sequelitis video. Is it perfect? No, of course not, but it actually shows less-informed viewers that there is more to their favorite game, that design is cool, and that you should look into the little stuff., and does this by showing a game that a lot of people have played.
Now, sure, we all know that. But, out of the million people that watch that episode, if 50 of them become interested in design enough to look further into their favorite games, then to me that is great, and makes the episode well worth existing.
Sure, some (most) of their stuff is undesirable to me, but I would not gallop around claiming that the youth is destroying the world because someone does like it. It has its purpose, and them showing Crimson Clover off, however bad the quality of the video, can only raise its popularity.
