The traffic, the crowds, the herds of messy people who go watch movies at the theater I work at.

Bah! Humbug I say!

Plus, I have to work on Christmas Day! That makes baby Jesus very sad.

Nothing I love more than rampant commercialism... *grumble* I draw the line at giant inflatable snowmen and giant inflatable snow globes.

Not for me this year: For once, I'm at peace with myself, scored a working PS2 for a great price, HDAdvance, and finally figured out how to do the memory card exploit.

Family has finally paid all the money they owed me, my hair is no longer falling like it was before (I'd go as far as saying it's thickening itself). Now to get that RGB monitor working now that I figured out the pinout. Also, I used three benefit days at work, and they put them exactly in between my days off, so I was off for five full days, in which I relaxed and got several things done. Let it snow, let it snow... for I'm not regret. :D

Funny thing...I work at a theatre, and we've been performing "A Christmas Story" since November 27th. I think I've had my share of holiday cheer.

Ah man I feel completely fucking down..

Once the new year comes I'm going to atleast try and get back to normality after two years of feeling like shit and basically giving up.

I just need to learn how to deal with some of the problems that I've had to deal with as a child and those that still affect me as a person today.

I think I also think too much!

Ever since I've had a job, I've never looked forward to Christmas. If I want something, I buy it. If I don't buy something, it's because I don't really need it or it's too expensive, in which case I sure as hell don't want somebody else buying it for me.

Christmas is awesome when you're a kid, but in adulthood, everybody dishes out cash to buy stuff for other people (which they probably don't particularly want or need) while receiving stuff you don't really want or need in return.

Thankfully, my family has scaled back on gift giving in past years since we're all grown up now.

I love christmas, I have absolutely no problems with it. I love the gift giving too because it shows what my family thinks I need. I remember the year I got a ton of x-tra large clothes. Okay family got the message, this lardass needs to lose some weight. Stuff like that is what makes christmas great.

But if I went through half the crap you guys did, I'd probably hate christmas too.
